Columbus Wedding Professionals Behind Love Is Blind Season 10

Along with Columbus locals and 330 million viewers worldwide, Wed Society Columbus eagerly tuned in for Netflix’s hit series Love Is Blind Season 10.

While viewers followed emotional post-pod proposals, romantic getaways and uniquely Midwest moments, Columbus wedding professionals worked behind the scenes to create wedding days filled with intention and care, whether couples ultimately said “I do” or ultimately chose a different path.

Wedding Venue Selection Process

Wed Society Columbus interviewed Angela Norman, founder of White Willow Meadows and Stone Valley Meadows, two luxury wedding venues in Ohio. Her Central Ohio venue, White Willow Meadows, is the official Love Is Blind Season 10 Columbus wedding venue.

Netflix’s selection process for White Willow Meadows was thorough and highly intentional. After discovering the venue through SEO and marketplace outreach, the production team Kinetic (production company tied to Love is Blind, The Ultimatum, and Married at First Sight) sent an initial inquiry around early August of 2024.

A producer assessed the property in November, followed by a full Netflix specialist team in December. This team, including lighting, sound, and camera experts from California, evaluated the venue’s technical and creative suitability for production requirements and wedding storytelling.

“They were impressed by two unique features: the upstairs/downstairs layout (which they’d never had before for the grand entrance moment) and the 35-foot ceiling height, which accommodates their large jib cameras with 15-foot arms.” – Angela Norman, Owner of White Willow Meadows

Not only was the venue chosen but the White Willow Meadows In House Floral Team, Willow Floral Design Co., was selected to create the florals for the finale weddings as well. Under the leadership of the show’s head designer, the Willow Floral Design Co collaborated with other luxury floral designers from out of state and Kennicott Dayton, leading importer and distributor of fresh florals.

The Columbus Wedding Professional Selection Process

The Love Is Blind weddings highlighted the power of an entire local wedding community working together. Columbus wedding professionals across a wide range of specialties were involved, including venues, phoofficiants, cake designers, DJs, rental teams, and creative partners.

What was different from other seasons of Love Is Blind, was the fact that Venue Owner Angela Norman hand selected each vendor. Angela knew these top Columbus wedding professionals had the skills necessary to execute stunning celebrations for each couple, no matter the unique circumstances.

“I was very intentional about building this vendor team. Every designer and luxury partner was hand-selected, trusted, and thoughtfully represented. When one of us rises, we all rise together. The team was a mix of vendors I’ve worked with and loved, and others I’d heard incredible things about. Every one of them is someone I confidently recommend for delivering excellence.” -Angela Norman, Owner of White Willow Meadows

Photography was beautifully captured by Larralyn of Queen Anne’s Lace Photography, whose expertise documented both the beauty of these weddings and the incredible work of the Columbus wedding professionals behind them.

“Working on the Love Is Blind set was a really fun experience! Getting to photograph all of the beautiful wedding details that the vendor teams worked so hard to create was such a dream!  Watching my industry friends have their talents showcased on a global scale something I am so proud to witness. The Columbus wedding community is special and I can’t wait for the world to see this feature!”  – Larralyn, Owner and Photographer of Queen Anne’s Lace Photography

The Wedding Day(s)

Brides prepared for their big day in the Dairy Barn, an onsite AirBnB at White Willow Meadows that can accommodate 45 to 50 guests. Surrounded by their closest family and friends, they got glam in the gorgeously decorated spaces and shared special moments before walking down the aisle. Stunning Balloon Arches & Arrangements from Young and Wild Balloon Co filled the preparation rooms, adding to the stunning personalization of each wedding.
Grooms prepared at nearby venues, also joined by their loved ones, creating intimate and memorable morning experiences for each couple ahead of their ceremony.

Officiants & Ceremony Leaders

For each Love Is Blind wedding, the groomsmen’s fashion reflected the overall style of each day, complementing the couples’ chosen aesthetic. Mike looked sharp in a sporty navy suit with black lapels and a bowtie, standing alongside Amy Aurore, the officiant for their ceremony. Alex wore a classic black tuxedo that complemented the elegant vibe of the day. Jordan wore a snappy blue plaid suit from Ticknors Clothier, perfect for their chosen wedding aesthetic. As Jordan jokingly mentioned, it was actually his second suit, as the first had likely gotten too sweaty before the ceremony. Vic looked especially handsome in a tailored tan suit, standing beside his sister Shandelle, who officiated Vic and Christine’s ceremony, creating a heartfelt moment filled with religious significance.

Amy Aurore shared about Emma and Mike’s ceremony:

“Once the ceremony began, they warned it would involve a lot of waiting. I went up to the stage and stood for a long time. Then Mike came down and stood with me for what felt like forever before Emma finally entered. Once the ceremony started, it mostly felt normal. They did adjust the script I prepared to fit the show’s format, which was different, but it worked. I remember feeling genuinely invested in these strangers; even though I hadn’t met them, I was rooting for them the whole time.” –Amy Aurore, Officiant and Owner of Amy F. Aurore Weddings

Decor and Rentals

Angela Norman at White Willow Meadows ensured that each Love Is Blind wedding reflected the individuality of the couple, even when the team had only received a moodboard of preferences.

From Jordan and Amber’s feminine, elegant garden party vibe, to Mike and Emma’s classic white garden wedding, Alex and Ashley’s black-tie luxury celebration, Devonte and Brittany’s moody, chic decor (from the small glimpse we did see), and Vic and Christine’s bold, colorful wedding, Columbus wedding professionals made each celebration personal and true to the couple—no matter the outcome at the altar.

Custom Alter and Installations were intentionally designed and thoughtfully produced by Grace Korandovitch from Grace K Designs.

“Designing and installing custom altar pieces on such a tight timeline pushed creativity and problem-solving in the best ways. What really made the experience special was getting to know the other vendors along the way”. – Grace Korandovich , Owner and Artist from Grace K Designs

Sage Hill Rentals provided a myriad of stunning specialty rentals and furnishings that provided the extra wow-factor.

“I was incredibly humbled by the talent and collaboration of the vendor team involved in the Love Is Blind weddings. Despite the fast-paced, ever-changing environment, it was inspiring to see Columbus vendors come together so seamlessly, and we felt truly honored that the Love Is Blind team trusted Sage Hill Rentals to help bring these weddings to life.”  – Michelle Hale, Co-Owner of Sage Hill Rentals

Becky Irwin, co-owner and Artist behind Serendipity Designs was the mastermind behind stunning drapes in luxurious fabrics, textures and colors, bringing an air of luxury to the already stunning spaces.

“My business partner and I thoroughly enjoyed collaborating with all the talented professionals involved. While the project involved eight intense days of back-to-back setting and rearranging, the result was absolutely worth it. I must admit, I am also a little starstruck to see our work featured on TV!” – Becky Irwin, Co-owner and Artist from Serendipity Designs

Dahlia Vintage Rentals provided Soft seating, lighting elements and various vessels for candles.

“Every time we loaded up our trucks and made the drive with rental pieces in tow, our team couldn’t stop smiling and laughing at the surreal reality of it all.” – Rebekah Hollister, Sales Rep Dahlia Vintage Rentals

Jessica from JChar Designs provided branding and signage for Alex and Ashley’s day and Mike and Emma’s day.

“The weddings I helped to design reflected each couple’s unique personality, translating what the directors had come to know about the couple into details that were heartfelt. Over all, I learned that time alone does not determine value or depth. Even when formed quickly, love, artistry, and events can still carry depth, impact and meaning.”  -Jessica Ware, Artist and Designer J Char Designs

Music, Atmosphere & Guest Experience

Music played a vital role in shaping the atmosphere of each Love Is Blind wedding, guiding guests through moments of anticipation, emotion, and celebration. DJ Josh Staley Productions handled DJ services throughout the celebrations, setting the tone from ceremony to reception.

“The teamwork was fast paced, but with such a high level of professionals, the weddings were personal and off the hook. One of my favorite memories was Amber and Jordan’s wedding. A producer told me no one ever dances at these weddings and not to feel pressure to get people on the floor. Thirty minutes later, I had 35 of the 50 guests dancing and having the time of their lives. I’ll remember being part of this show for the rest of my life.” Josh Staley, Owner and Lead DJ of Josh Staley Productions

Ceremony moments were elevated with live music from Tiffany Jones, Wedding Harpist, along with guitarists and string artists who added a romantic, cinematic feel as couples made their way down the aisle.

“Everyone from the producers to the full production team and camera crew was kind, organized, and wonderful to work with, making the entire experience feel seamless. Wearing an earpiece for cues made everything easy, and witnessing real-life TV drama unfold was unforgettable—definitely outside the norm of the hundreds of weddings I’ve played, and an experience I’d absolutely do again.”-Tiffany Jones, Harpist

Delicious Cake & Catering

Catering was provided by full-service Columbus Caterer, Milano Creative Catering.
The sweetest end to the perfect celebrations were from Sweet & Shiny Columbus, offering custom, luxurious and delicious cakes. In the end, viewers saw one cake on screen: a stunning & classic five tier white wedding cake revealed at the close of Jordan and Amber’s celebration.

Elaine prepared six luxury wedding cakes in just three days, adapting designs as outcomes shifted.

“Those kinds of cakes usually take weeks for the flowers and sugarwork,” she explained. “When we knew a couple might not follow through, I’d stop detailing that cake and move on, but it still had to be camera ready just in case.” – Elaine Li, Owner and Artist of Sweet and Shiny Columbus
