Leah + Matt’s Elegant Wedding at the Franklin Park Conservatory

A Day That Felt Effortless and Timeless

Planned by Vowed Weddings, Leah and Matt Kastritis’ wedding on September 14, 2025 at Franklin Park Conservatory in Columbus, Ohio was a celebration rooted in elegance, intention, and natural beauty. Surrounded by lush palms, soft light blue blooms, and the iconic glass architecture of the conservatory, the day felt elevated yet warm—designed to let meaningful moments take center stage.

From the very beginning, the atmosphere reflected Leah and Matt’s vision: refined, romantic, and thoughtfully curated.

Getting Ready in the Heart of Columbus

The wedding day began with a calm and joyful energy as Leah prepared alongside her bridesmaids. La Rêve Makeup and Hair created timeless beauty looks for both the bride and her bridal party, enhancing Leah’s natural glow while keeping everything soft and elegant.

Photographer Brookmade Photography captured the day from start to finish, documenting quiet moments, emotional exchanges, and the anticipation leading up to the ceremony with an editorial yet heartfelt approach.

Leah wore a ballgown from La Jeune Mariée, a bridal look that felt effortlessly sophisticated.

A Ceremony Led by Love

One of the most personal elements of the day was the ceremony itself. Set within the breathtaking surroundings of Franklin Park Conservatory, Leah and Matt exchanged vows amid natural light and abundant greenery. The ceremony was officiated by Leah’s maid of honor, Savannah, making the moment even more meaningful and intimate.

Florals by Flocal Co Floral Studio framed the ceremony space with soft blue tones and lush greenery, complementing the venue’s natural beauty without overpowering it.

Thoughtful Details Throughout the Day

Every aspect of the celebration felt intentional. Sage Hill Rentals provided carefully selected rentals that elevated the design while maintaining a clean, timeless aesthetic. From the ceremony through the reception, the details felt cohesive and refined.

Transportation was handled by The Fun Bus Columbus, adding a fun and seamless experience for the wedding party, while guests stayed at the Hilton Downtown Columbus, keeping everyone close to the celebration.

A Reception Meant to Be Celebrated

The reception carried the same sense of elegance and ease as the rest of the day. Guests enjoyed a beautifully prepared meal by Metro Cuisine Columbus, followed by cake from Cherbourg Bakery.

For a playful touch, The Crafted Cloud Cotton Candy treated guests to a cotton candy cart—an unexpected and joyful addition that brought smiles throughout the evening.

As the night unfolded, Turn Up Columbus kept the dance floor full, creating an energetic atmosphere that balanced celebration and connection.

A Day Rooted in Elegance and Joy

Leah and Matt’s wedding day was a beautiful reflection of who they are—timeless, intentional, and deeply personal. From the meaningful ceremony officiated by someone they love, to the thoughtfully chosen vendors who brought the day together, every moment felt purposeful and full of heart.

Their wedding at Franklin Park Conservatory was not just a celebration of marriage, but a reminder that when a day is planned with care and authenticity, it becomes truly unforgettable.
