There are weddings that feel timeless from the very first glance, and Kaitlyn and Joshua’s celebration at the Statehouse was one of them. An autumn evening in the heart of downtown set the stage for a love story years in the making. With elegant black and white details, graceful calla lilies, and a setting that looked straight out of a fairytale, the day carried both grandeur and intimacy.

The vision for this wedding came to life beautifully thanks to Aisle & Co, whose planning and guidance ensured every moment unfolded with intention. From the flow of the day to the refined aesthetic, their work set the stage for a celebration that felt seamless and extraordinary. Each detail reflected the couple’s love story while maintaining an effortless sense of sophistication.

Floral artistry by Prema Designs brought the celebration to another level. Their arrangements were lush yet refined, with calla lilies and timeless white blooms setting the tone for romance. Every placement felt thoughtful, enhancing the Statehouse’s historic elegance while weaving in a modern touch. The result was a floral design that looked both natural and striking, creating a visual story as timeless as Kaitlyn and Joshua’s love.

The bride’s creativity was also on full display. As a graphic designer, Kaitlyn designed the entire suite of wedding stationery herself. With professional printing by Avant Garde Impressions, her designs came to life in a way that was both personal and polished. Guests admired the paper details not only for their beauty but also for the personal significance behind them.

As the reception began, Kaitlyn and Joshua made a timeless entrance in a classic car, greeted by the cheers of family and friends. Guests dined on a beautifully curated meal by Milo’s Catering, followed by desserts from Our Cupcakery, and were surprised with Krispy Kreme late night bites, a thoughtful nod to the groom’s favorite treat. Blue Ember Oysters added a unique culinary touch that delighted guests throughout the evening.

The bride wore a stunning gown from Kleinfeld Bridal, designed by Pnina Tornai, paired with glowing makeup by Carly Jo Makeup and hair styling by Born To Do Hair alongside Lo Wolff Hair Design. Every look was timeless, modern, and reflective of the day’s elegant theme. Folchi Creative documented the celebration in timeless photographs, while Luminary Productions kept the energy on the dance floor high into the evening. Guests also enjoyed playful photo booth moments provided by FauxtoBooth.

Looking back on the day, it is clear that Kaitlyn and Joshua’s wedding was more than a beautiful autumn evening. It was a carefully curated celebration, with the expertise of Aisle & Co and the artistry of Prema Designs at its heart. Every vendor contributed to creating an unforgettable experience, but it was the balance of flawless planning, breathtaking florals, and personal touches that made this wedding a true fairytale come to life.
